Role: Flutter Developer

Compensation: Upto 15 LPA, and Upto 5 Lakhs INR ESOPs

Location: In-office HSR, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable Flutter applications.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
• Work on native Android/iOS modules when required (bridging, performance optimisation, platform-specific features).
• Understand and integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries.
• Debug and optimize app performance for different devices and OS versions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and suggest improvements.
• Ability to work on other tech stacks if needed, with ramp-up time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience (Does not matter if you have the skills).
• Strong understanding of Dart and Flutter framework (state management, widgets, animations).
• Basic knowledge of native mobile development (Android OR iOS).
• Familiarity with JavaScript (for potential web-related tasks or hybrid integrations).
• Experience with Git, REST APIs, Firebase.
• Understanding of app architecture (Clean Architecture, MVVM, etc.).
• Ability to write Unit and Integration test.
• Ability to debug and optimise app performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or other real-time communication protocols.
• Familiarity with AWS/Google Cloud for backend integrations.
• Published apps on Google Play Store/App Store.
