We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 12 years of experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter framework, Dart programming, and building high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter framework.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs.
• Debug and fix bugs to improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
• Work closely with backend developers and project managers.
• Publish apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (if required).
• Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.

• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON integration.
• Knowledge of state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.).
• Understanding of mobile app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Basic understanding of Android & iOS platform guidelines.
• Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications) is a plus.
• Knowledge of payment gateway integration is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
