Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer with 2+ years of experience to build high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and mobile app architecture, along with a good understanding of UI/UX and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
• Build reusable and scalable widgets and components
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and UI consistency
• Implement clean architecture and maintain code quality
• Debug and resolve application issues
• Collaborate with backend, UI/UX, and product teams
• Ensure app security, performance, and scalability
• Publish and maintain apps on Play Store/App Store

Required Skills:

Flutter & Dart:

• Strong experience in Flutter framework and Dart programming
• Knowledge of widgets, layouts, and responsive design
• Understanding of null safety and async programming (Future, async/await)
• Experience creating custom reusable widgets
• Knowledge of build modes (Debug, Profile, Release)
• Understanding of Flutter lifecycle and state management

State Management & Performance:

• Experience with Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc
• Performance optimization and debugging skills
• Understanding of efficient UI rendering and lazy loading

API & Backend Integration:

• Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON
• Handling authentication and tokens
• Error handling and data parsing

Programming & Concepts:

• Strong understanding of OOP concepts (classes, inheritance, abstraction)
• Knowledge of collections, filtering, and data manipulation in Dart
• Understanding of async programming and Futures

Tools & Other Skills:

• Git/version control
• Firebase integration preferred
• Play Store/App Store deployment knowledge
• Debugging and performance monitoring

Good to Have:

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications)
• Knowledge of native Android/iOS basics
• Experience with payment gateway integration
• Understanding of CI/CD for mobile apps
