Flutter Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of FlutterFlow developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using FlutterFlow, from concept to deployment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in FlutterFlow and mobile app development, and implement best practices and standards

- Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues that may arise during the development process

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

- Mentor and train junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge in FlutterFlow

- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in FlutterFlow

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers

- Strong knowledge of FlutterFlow and its features, including creating custom widgets, animations, and integrating third-party libraries

- Experience with iOS and Android app development, as well as RESTful APIs and JSON

- Proficient in programming languages such as Dart, JavaScript, and Swift/Java

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
