Your Role

As a Flutter Developer, you will design, build, and maintain highperformance mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter/Dart. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, reliable, and scalable mobile experiences. You will own features endtoendfrom discovery and prototyping to release and ongoing optimizationwhile upholding code quality, performance, and best practices.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Building crossplatform apps with Flutter, writing clean, testable, and maintainable Dart code.
• Translating UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD) into pixelperfect, responsive interfaces with custom widgets, animations, and adaptive layouts.
• Integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and realtime services; handling offline sync, caching, and robust error handling.
• Optimizing performance (rendering, memory, startup time) and improving app responsiveness and stability.
• Implementing state management patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX) and a scalable architecture (MVVM/Clean Architecture).
• Automating CI/CD for build, test, code quality, and store deployments (Google Play / App Store).
• Ensuring app reliability with unit, widget, and integration tests; setting up analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring.
• Collaborating across teams to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver increments on time.
• Maintaining app security & compliance (secure storage, auth flows, data privacy, OWASP Mobile Top 10 considerations).
• Contributing to technical standards through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile 5 Top Technical Skills

1. Flutter & Dart Expertise
2. Strong command of Flutter SDK, Dart language features (null safety, isolates), widget lifecycle, navigation, platform channels, and plugin ecosystem.
3. State Management & Architecture
4. Handson experience with BLoC/Cubit or Riverpod/Provider, and applying Clean Architecture/MVVM for scalable, testable codebases.
5. API Integration & Data Handling
6. Proficiency with REST/GraphQL, JSON serialization (e.g., json_serializable), local storage (Hive/Drift/SharedPreferences), and offlinefirst patterns.
7. Testing & CI/CD
8. Solid practice in unit/widget/integration testing, code coverage, CI pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic), and automated store delivery.
9. Performance & Native Interop
10. Ability to diagnose jank, optimize rendering, memory, and network performance; experience with platform channels, and integrating native Android/iOS capabilities.
