Were seeking a Flutter Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to own the development of our mobile app and contribute to its strategic evolution. Youre not just a coderyoure a product thinker who cares about solving real user problems, writes clean and scalable code, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product.

What Youll Do

• Build & Own Features: Develop end-to-end Flutter features focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate on UX/UI: Partner with designers to refine UI/UX and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Champion Quality: Write clean, testable code and advocate for best practices (testing, CI/CD, documentation).
• Solve Problems Proactively: Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Mentor & Learn: Share knowledge with the team and stay ahead of Flutters evolving ecosystem.

What Were Looking For

Technical Expertise:

• 3-4 years of Flutter/Dart experience with a portfolio of shipped apps (share links!).
• Strong understanding of state management (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod), REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
