Job Description for Floor Support Engineer.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Good Knowledge of Application and Infra support.
To ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure at client's office.
Strong Communication in English and Hindi languages.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting email clients like Microsoft O365 and Outlook.
Managing and resolving User hardware/software/network related issues in a timely manner.
Providing support for Microsoft Windows, and Applications support (User Level).
Installing OS and configuration Windows 11.
Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
Local and Network Printer configuration.
Coordinate with manufacturers/providers to resolve technical problems with Systems & Software.
Internet & LAN configuration, troubleshooting.
Software troubleshooting update and patch installation.
Good Knowledge in Ticketing tool.
