Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations, ensuring efficiency and discipline in workflows.
• Monitor inventory of study materials, resources, and classroom equipment. Coordinate with teams for effective execution of daily activities.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance with protocols.
• Provide excellent support to students and parents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive environment within the center.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Prior experience in operations or administration (preferred).
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
