Position Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Floor In-charge to support the seamless execution of daily business floor operations. This role involves actively learning and performing key operational tasks, including inventory management, team coordination, and customer service, with a strong focus on maintaining efficiency and adherence to company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute daily operational processes to ensure smooth floor activities.
• Coordinate with team members to assign and oversee daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols across the floor.
• Assist in training and guiding floor staff for performance optimization.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to floor operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in a similar operational or floor-level role is an advantage but not required.
