The Flight Ticketing & Travel Operations Junior / Senior Associate is responsible for managing end-to-end flight bookings and air travel coordination for Enouts corporate events and offsites. This role focuses on bulk and group ticketing, airline and vendor coordination, travel documentation, and cost optimisation across domestic and international travel.

The role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-effective air travel for clients, participants, and internal teams, while working closely with planning, finance, and operations stakeholders.

• Degree (completed or pursuing) in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in flight ticketing, corporate travel, MICE travel operations, or travel agencies.
• Strong understanding of airline group and bulk bookings, fare structures, and ticketing rules.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings and timelines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven operational environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with travel booking systems is an advantage.
