Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Flexcube SME with strong functional expertise across Conventional and Islamic Banking . The role requires deep hands-on understanding of Flexcube modules, end-to-end implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business users and testing teams. This position supports a leading banking transformation program in the GCC region, from India.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional expertise across Flexcube Conventional and Islamic Banking modules.

Drive requirement analysis, solution validation, and end-to-end functional alignment.

Work directly with business, product teams, and QA stakeholders to ensure clarity on banking flows and processes.

Support SIT, UAT, and production activities through deep domain knowledge.

Guide testing teams with functional insights; conduct training, walkthroughs, and knowledge sessions.

Engage with GCC-region business users, providing support, clarifications, and onboarding guidance.

Participate in transformation initiatives such as migration from Conventional to Islamic Banking window (preferred).

Document functional specifications, scenarios, and business rules with high accuracy.

Skills & Capabilities

Must-Have:

15+ years of overall experience, with strong Flexcube expertise.

Hands-on functional knowledge of both Conventional and Islamic Banking modules .

Minimum 5 years of GCC project experience.

Strong understanding of banking workflows: customer onboarding, accounts, loans, deposits, trade finance, treasury, and Islamic products.

Ability to train QA teams and hand-hold business users.

Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Good to Have:

Experience in migration from Conventional to Islamic Banking .

Prior offshore delivery experience from India.

Exposure to regulatory and compliance expectations within GCC banks.
