Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Architect for our ISG team with 11 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FLEXCUBE modules including Interest and Charges Consumer Lending CASA and Core. Proficiency in Core Java and PL/SQL is essential. The role involves working from our office during day shifts focusing on retail banking solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and develop robust product architectures for FLEXCUBE modules to enhance retail banking solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FLEXCUBE components. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for FLEXCUBE implementations. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices. - Optimize FLEXCUBE configurations to improve system performance and user experience. - Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance for FLEXCUBE-related projects. - Develop and maintain documentation for FLEXCUBE architecture and design processes. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all FLEXCUBE implementations. - Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues related to FLEXCUBE modules. - Stay updated with the latest FLEXCUBE developments and incorporate them into product strategies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve FLEXCUBE solutions. - Mentor junior team members and provide training on FLEXCUBE technologies. - Contribute to the companys mission by delivering innovative banking solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
