Job Description
We are looking for a Fleet Partner Acquisition Executive who has strong on-ground experience and an existing network of truck fleet owners / transporters.
The ideal candidate should come from logistics, transporter aggregation, 3PL, or truck brokerage background and must be comfortable with field operations and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new truck fleet owners onto the platform
- Leverage existing transporter networks to expand supply base
- Build long-term relationships with fleet owners and brokers
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing with partners
- Ensure partner documentation, compliance, and onboarding process completion
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure consistent vehicle availability
- Train fleet owners on app usage, compliance, and service expectations
- Maintain supply stability and minimize vehicle downtime
Candidate Profile (Must Have)
- 25 years of experience in:
- Transporter onboarding
- Truck brokerage
- Fleet aggregation
- 3PL / Logistics field sales
- Strong existing network of truck owners / fleet operators
- Comfortable with field visits and market mapping
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluent in English, Hindi & regional language
Preferred Background
- Experience working with transport hubs, mandi areas, industrial clusters
- Exposure to LCV / intra-city fleet operations
- Target-driven mindset with strong execution capability
