Brief about the Team

The candidate will be managing aspects of output in the areas. The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives. The team works on special projects and innovations that aim to deliver high impact.

What are we looking for?

Rider Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and recruit talented riders who align with our organisation's specific requirements and culture. Onboarding the riders with required and verified documents.

Riders Training: Every onboarded rider is to be trained with all features of the application and other grooming standard training for a better experience for customers.

Team Management: Collaborate with the growth team to understand their needs and ensure seamless onboarding of riders to cater to the capacity.

Leadership: Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve delivery targets and exceed customer expectations.

Delivery Efficiency: Drive the daily live percentage of riders under your leadership to optimise delivery efficiency and reliability.

Rider Management: Follow up with riders and ensure they are active and performing optimally, also resolving the riders' complaints, if any.

Fleet Management: Manage the fleet of riders assigned to your territory and ensure riders are working efficiently.

Retention/Attrition: Ensure the retention of riders and control the attrition.

Cost & Budget Management: Preparing payout models, managing fleet budgets, commercials, fuel costs and timely payouts.
