Job Responsibilities:

Be a part of fixed income trading desk, capital market and actively trading.
Managing the proprietary trading activities in variety of fixed income instruments like government bonds, Overnight Index Swaps (OIS) and Interest Rate Futures (IRF), SDL, Corporate bonds
Exploring the new investment opportunities in dynamic market scenario and generating profitability in trading in SLR and Non SLR.
Maintaining and ensuring that regulatory guidelines and investment policy of the firm are being adhered.
Managing the relationship with representatives from Banks, Primary Dealers, Mutual Funds, Insurance funds and brokerages firms etc.

Candidate Preferred:

Should be MBA in Finance/economics from premium institution/CA/ CFA (preferably) with an excellent academic record.
Extensive experience in onshore INR Macro Trading and knowledge of Indian rates market.
Should have at least 3-6 years of experience in trading government bonds, Overnight Index Swaps (OIS) and Interest Rate Futures (IRF).
Well Versed with CCIL applications including NDS-OM/TREPS/CROMS platform
Should have good understanding of Money Market and debt market along with regulatory requirement/compliance
Strong track record of revenue generation
Should have strong relationship building skills and presentation skills
