Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge of fixed income securities sales / dealing is mandatory.
Product Knowledge of various FI products like G-sec, SDL, Non-SLR, and long-term debt products.
Create, Empaneled and maintain relationships with a wide range of investors (Banks PSU & Pvt, NBFCs, family offices, insurance companies, and PF & Pension funds) for secondary trades.
Execute Secondary/Primary trades as per the investment strategy of the team.
Source securities from secondary markets and must have good understanding of B2B trades.
Familiarity with all dealing systems NDSOM / RFQ / CBRICS /FTRAC- along with all Fixed Income
Asset Classes SLR and NON-SLR including valuation and pricing of assets.
Engagement with empaneled brokers/counterparties for trades execution.
Negotiate terms, pricing, documentation and manage end to end transaction closure.
Coordinate with Operations Department to ensure smooth execution and settlement of transactions.
Conduct regular follow-up calls and meetings with current and potential investors.
Ability to understand investor requirements/market feedback
Provide post transaction support to investors.
Create visibility for Anand Rathi Global Finance Ltd amongst debt capital market investors
Qualifications:
MBA or Postgraduate in Management from a premier institute / Chartered Accountant.
Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in fixed income dealing in Sales and Distribution desk.
Network with Market participants like PF, Pension, MF, Insurance, Banks, SFB, RRB and Cooperative banks.
Ability to manage back to back transaction within the allocated book size.
Ready to travel and meet with clients on regular basis.
Responsible for P&L from sales and distribution activities.
