Finzace is a fintech platform enabling investors to access structured fixed-income products such as corporate bonds, FDs, and yield-oriented instruments. Were building a performance-driven bond desk with strong revenue goals.

Role Summary:

Were seeking a Relationship Manager with fixed-income experience to acquire and manage HNI and retail investors. You will drive high-value investment opportunities, manage the deal lifecycle, and help scale our bonds business.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage investor relationships

Present and close fixed-income products (10L+)

Manage pipeline in CRM (Zoho)

Collaborate with operations for documentation & execution

Requirements:

24 years in wealth/financial products/bond sales

Strong communication & closing skills

HNI investor handling experience preferred

CRM experience a plus

Compensation:

Fixed salary + revenue share + performance bonus + Esops
