Job Title: Fixed Income Dealer Institutional & Non institutional Segments.

NISM certification mandatory

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fixed Income Dealer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be actively engaged in Institutional, Interbank, Inter-broking, and Wholesale Debt Markets, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, instruments, and compliance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute trades in fixed income instruments including G-Secs, SDLs, corporate bonds, and other debt securities.

Maintain and develop relationships with institutional clients, interbank counterparties, and brokers.

Ensure timely and accurate deal settlement in coordination with back-office and custodians.

Monitor and manage intraday and short-term cash flows to optimize liquidity and deployment.

Track market developments, yield movements, and regulatory updates to support informed trading decisions.

Maintain comprehensive deal records and ensure adherence to internal risk limits and compliance norms.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in fixed income trading, particularly in institutional and interbank, inter- broking segments.

Sound knowledge of debt instruments, settlement processes, and trading platforms (e.g., ICCL, NDS-OM, NSCCL).

Understanding of cash flow planning and liquidity management.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with high attention to detail.
