The Fitness Trainer will lead group exercises and provide personalized fitness training tailored to individual client needs. Responsibilities include conducting dynamic fitness sessions, offering guidance on proper techniques, and promoting a safe, welcoming environment for participants. Trainers will also engage with clients to motivate them and address their fitness goals effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad requiring candidates to be high-energy and customer-focused professionals.

• Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills to lead and manage dynamic, engaging workout classes.
• Expertise in Fitness Training and knowledge of the Fitness Industry to craft tailored fitness plans for diverse client needs.
• Strong Customer Service skills to build relationships, motivate clients, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• CPR or first aid certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience as a fitness instructor or trainer is an advantage but not a necessity.
• Passion for fitness and enthusiasm to inspire and lead others in achieving their health goals.
