Fitness Manager - WTF Gyms

Location: Sector 9, Noida + NCR Field

Salary: 30,000 Fixed + Up to 10,000 Incentives (based on target achievement)

Experience: 4-6 years

Reports To: Head of Fitness

Role Overview:

Own PT revenue and trainer performance across 8-10 gyms

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own PT (Personal Training) revenue targets for 8-10 gyms

2. Recruit, train, and manage Fitness Team Leaders and trainers

3. Ensure quality of training delivered across gyms

4. Drive PT sales through demos and consultations

5. Monitor trainer attendance, certifications, and performance

6. Handle member complaints related to fitness services

7. Conduct trainer upskilling sessions

Must Haves:

4-6 years in fitness with team management

Certified Personal Trainer (ACE/ACSM/K11/INFS or equivalent)

Experience managing multi-location fitness teams

Strong understanding of PT sales

Ability to work 7 days/week

Good to Have:

Experience at premium gyms (Cult.fit, Gold's Gym)

Nutrition certification

Group fitness certifications

Education: Graduate + Fitness Certifications

Preferred Background: Fitness Chains, Premium Gyms, Boutique Fitness Studios

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred
