Fitness Manager – Anytime Fitness (Gurgaon)

Anytime Fitness, Sector 14 Gurgaon, is hiring a Fitness Manager to lead and grow our training team. This role is ideal for an ambitious, responsible, and growth-oriented fitness professional who wants to move beyond just training sessions and take ownership of people, performance, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the personal training team
• Drive Personal Training (PT) sales and overall training revenue
• Ensure high-quality coaching standards and trainer accountability
• Maintain gym floor discipline, professionalism, and member experience
• Actively engage with members to improve retention and PT conversions
• Coordinate with sales and club management for smooth operations
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance review of trainers

Who Should Apply

• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal training / fitness coaching
• ACE certification is mandatory (preferred over all others)
• Prior experience with a branded gym (Anytime Fitness, Cult, Golds Gym, etc.) is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership mindset with ability to manage people and performance
• Proactive, disciplined, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
• Must be based in or willing to relocate near Old Gurgaon
