5+ Years of IT experience primarily on HP NonstopSystem support Experience with OS upgrades, TLS upgrades, software installation on HP NonstopHP Nonstop Utilities (Mandatory)Must have knowledge on MEDIACOM, VIEWPT, EMS, Monitoring, CLIM upgrades, Third party software installation on HP Nonstop.Experience in Enscribe, Pathway, FUP, INSPECT, DDL, Enform, Batchcom etc.Strong knowledge on Prognosis monitoring tool.Strong knowledge on Payment switch domain for debit cards.Good understanding of HSM and other security modules within switching applicationsStrong troubleshooting, debugging skills to resolve production incidents and defects.Excellent Verbal, written communication and presentation skills.Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teamsFlexibility with working in overlapping hours.

Review HP Software announcements for Software Product ReleasesSupport Network configuration changes as well as System Utility tools (SCF, MEASURE, TMF, Software Essentials, etc.)Backup and Restore setup and maintenanceResearch new technologies related to the NonStop systemsAssist with planning and installation of new HP NonStop system platforms as well as updatesResearch HOT Stuff and SPR’s for potential issues or compatibilities with current environmentAddress Non-Stop Hardware and Software errors, review using EMS, WebViewpt and PrognosisInstall New Operating Systems across multiple NonStop Platforms (Prod, Cert, Dev, Test)Perform the needed research to implement new Operating Systems in various environments on HPE NS7X & NS3X platforms.Open tickets with HP Global Support Center and track progress to find resolution.
