Must-Have

Must have background, experience, and L2.5/L3 understanding of networking and network security technologies

Good-to-Have

Good understanding of ITIL process and be able to perform the work within SLA

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 6 to 8 years of experience in a hands-on technical network security role encompassing a wide variety of security initiatives. Hands on experience in Palo Alto is must.

2 Must have background, experience, and L2.5/L3 understanding of networking and network security technologies such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxies, Content Filtering, Application security, SIEM and Log, monitoring/management, Vulnerability Management, Risk and Compliance

3 Good experience in Site to Site, IPSEC-VPN, SSL-VPN,NAT,GRE, LAN & WAN Technologies with strong understanding of IKE and SSL communications

4 Good experience on Firewall management servers like MDS, Panorama

5 Candidates who had worked in Cisco ASA firewall family/ Checkpoint/ PaloAlto/ Bluecoat/ Pulse were preferable

6 Good understanding of ITIL process and be able to perform the work within SLA

7 Should be able to troubleshoot independently complex network issues.
