Fire & Safety Officer

Responsible for delivering the quality service of the F&B department and to ensure smooth and hassle free functioning of the department

·         Complete charge and overall responsibility and accountability of the shift operations

·         Ensure all hygiene standards to be maintained always in the kitchen premises

·         Planning, Implementing, and Training to ensure excellence in patient care

·         Work in close co-ordination with Dietetics department for fulfilling patient F&B needs

·         Ensure general cleanliness and maintenance of staff and visitor cafeteria

·         Constant monitoring and focus on customer satisfaction (Internal & external)

·         Train the new staff about the hygiene, standards and the process of services and to ensure the safety of the service staff by taking precautions to prevent accidents

·         Undertake the Weekly/Monthly, physical inventories of crockery, cutlery and hollow ware

·         Preparation of indenting for particular functions in house

·         Handle complaints, meet patients/customers to resolve any concerns and attain customer satisfaction

·         Managing the team of outsourced staff

·         Monitor attendance and record any sickness or latency for front of house team

·         Ensure all staff are in correct uniform and that their hair, makeup and grooming complies with the company standard

·         Arrange breaks for the staff and to ensure a proper hand over is done

·         Handle customer complaints with impartiality and honesty, in keeping with
company policy

·         Manage parties and events indoor as well as outdoor

·         Doing other role related activities as and when required

·         Extended hours may be required
