Job Title- Fire and Safety Officer

Desired Qualification: Degree in Fire Safety Engineering

Experience: Minimum Seven Years in Hospital /Hotel/Mall/Pharmaceutical Ind.

 To ensure proper functioning of all Fire SafetySystemwithin Hospital

Ø  To coordinate with Project teams during Project Phase for smooth executions of Air conditioning jobs.

Ø  Monitoring all installations as per BOQ/Design and its documentations

Ø  To take care of all safety measures during project phase and its compliance.

Ø  To ensure project deliverables meet with Hospital Standards.

Ø  To maintained all installations related to firefighting and fire alarm system.

Ø  To handle all fire safety related complaints, renovation and projects.

Ø  To assist other department as and when required, to perform all other jobs as may be due exigencies of work.

Ø  To look after all fire safety installations, preventive maintenance schedules, daily basis floor facility & safety rounds and took energy conservation initiatives with in hospital.

Ø  To maintain all fire safety checklist related log books, stock inventory and material consumptions.

Ø  Licensing work with local fire services.

Ø  Arrange regular fire alarm tests and fire mock drills.

Ø  Dispatches and accompany QRT (Quick response team)

Ø  Training all hospital staffs regarding fire prevention, evacuation and disaster management

Ø  Prepare plans and provide fire and life safety mock drill and other safety training session to the sub-ordinates, staffs and other persons available in the premises.

Ø  Conduct third party fire safety external audit program timely according schedule.

Ø  Timely submitting of EHS report, Legatrix, EIA and Environment safety form V Annual returns in GPCB. 

Ø  Fire Hydrant, Fire Alarm and Public addressable system

Ø  Project Planning and execution

Ø  Man power and Material management

Ø  Communication Skill& Decision making skill.
