About the Role:
The successful candidate will join the Global Finance Operations team and take responsibility for enhancing the vendor experience and managing complex dispute resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify the root causes of issues within the Accounts Payable function or Amazon’s internal systems, and lead initiatives to resolve these problems.
This includes conducting follow
- ups, communicating opportunities for improvement, and agreeing on action plans.
Analyze supplier trends and manage mediation efforts based on these insights.
Serve as the primary point of contact for top Amazon suppliers, aiming to build strong business relationships, foster trust, and resolve conflicts to prevent shipment holds or disruptions to business operations.
Prepare and maintain vendor health scorecards, conduct regular reviews, and proactively address vendor accounts at risk of delivery holds by managing account balances.
Address vendor inquiries and concerns related to their accounts, ensuring they are familiar with and use Amazon’s tools effectively.
Additional Responsibilities:
Analyze operational performance metrics and present data to both vendors and internal teams.
Work independently with meticulous attention to detail, quickly identifying and resolving discrepancies, variances, and failures.
Collaborate with Retail and Finance teams to prioritize vendor account management, aligning on business decisions, objectives, and communication strategies.
Be flexible to work in various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Master's/Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of post
- qualification experience in Shared Services, Accounts Payable
- 3+ years of project management experience working cross
- functionally with technical and non
- technical teams
- Strong customer focus (both internal and external)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
- Results
- oriented work ethic with a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
