Role Description

We are looking for experienced service staff for our premium authentic Chinese restaurant and our premium Health focussed Cafe both of which are located in Bengaluru on 100 feet road, Indiranagar. The positions open are Senior captain, Captain, Stewards, Assistant stewards and Baristas / bartenders.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Analytical skills to address service challenges effectively and maintain operational efficiency
• Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to recommend menu items to enhance customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with financial basics to manage billing and payment processes accurately
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Prior experience in fine dining or hospitality is a plus
• Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to professionalism
