About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Financial Sales Executive who can connect with clients over the phone, understand their financial goals, and guide them toward the right investment solutions. This is not a typical telecalling role you will be a trusted financial advisor who educates clients on mutual funds, trading, and wealth management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential and existing clients via phone to understand their investment needs
• Explain and promote financial products including mutual funds, trading accounts, and investment plans
• Guide clients through market trends, trading basics, and investment strategies in simple, easy-to-understand language
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (mandatory); English is a plus
• Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and simple way
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of mutual funds and stock market trading is an advantage

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, client servicing, or financial services preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for finance are also welcome
• Any graduate Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance background preferred
