Job Summary:

A leading private Indian real estate company is seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant to join the Financial Reporting team. The role will focus on IND AS financial reporting, audit coordination, and ensuring timely month-end and quarterly closures for a listed entity.

A leading Indian real estate and alternative asset developer headquartered in Bengaluru, the company develops and operates premium office and mixed-use assets across major cities, with a strong focus on sustainability and governance.

Location: Ulsoor, Bengaluru

Designation: Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly IND AS financial statements
• Managing and ensuring timely month-end closure activities
• Liaising with internal and external auditors (Statutory & Internal Audits)
• Handling audits conducted by Big 4 firms
• Review and analysis of General Ledgers (GLs)
• Preparation of MIS reports and management reporting packs
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to listed companies.

Role Requirements:

• Strong experience in preparation of IND AS financial statements
• Experience handling statutory and internal audits with BIG 4 auditors
• Prior exposure to listed company reporting
• Candidates from Real Estate industry will be given preference
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience: 2-5 years of post-qualification experience

No. of Positions: 2

Working days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday half days working)
