Job Description
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in Finance and account division of capital market business entities.
Qualification: B Com/ M Com/ Semi-qualified CA
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and assisting of Ind AS and IFRS Financial statement & related activities.
- Assisting in day-to-day accounting entries
- Liaising with statutory auditors during Quarter-end Limited Reviews and Annual Audit.
- Regulatory & Compliance related returns for offshore entities.
- Variance Analysis of income & expenses to track monthly trends.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external audit guidelines
- Liaising with internal department for tax, governance, compliance matter etc
