Job Description

Position Summary: This position plays a key role in supporting FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, dashboard creation, variance analysis, and monthly management reporting. It also oversees cash flow forecasting, supports audits and statutory reporting, and delivers strategic, data-driven insights to senior leadership.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Analyse monthly P&L performance, performing variance analysis against budget and forecast.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance.
  • Perform variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Support internal and external audits, statutory reporting, and financial risk management controls.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
  • Partner with senior management, regional heads, and department leaders to deliver data-driven financial insights.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports for regions, key accounts, and departments.
  • Provide monthly outlook guidance to departments, including key assumptions and risk areas.
  • Implement business intelligence tools and develop standardised dashboard reports.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required by management.
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts for the company and subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform detailed financial modelling to evaluate liquidity, funding requirements, and business scenarios, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 to 5 years hands-on Financial Planning & Analysis experience.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree, MBA or CFA Preferred
  • Strong Mathematical, Accounting and Analytical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Excel & other MS Office Applications.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
