Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FP&A to support our SaaS business operations through robust data management, analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills (Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint) with solid business acumen to deliver insights, dashboards, and high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers to monitor key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV, and pipeline conversions.
• Create executive dashboards and analytical summaries for management and board reviews.
• Develop PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, and business performance summaries highlighting operational and financial trends.
• Draft high-level walkthroughs, process maps, and solution briefs for new initiatives, strategic projects, and product rollouts.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
• Automate and streamline recurring reports using Power Query, Power BI, or VBA/macros.
• Support AOP (Annual Operating Plan), budgeting, and forecasting processes through data consolidation and insights.
• Track and report key performance indicators across departments to drive informed decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Advanced Excel proficiency Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, automation.
• Power BI expertise Data modeling, DAX, and dashboard visualization.
• PowerPoint excellence Ability to create clear, engaging, and executive-ready presentations.
• Strong drafting skills capable of creating professional one-pagers, solution walkthroughs, and concise reports.
• Sound understanding of Financials
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, FP&A, or Operations roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
• MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Analytics.
• Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, VBA, or macros) will be an added advantage.
