Job Title: Procurement & Spend Management Specialist
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 7+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate budgets with procure-to-pay processes and systems.
- Manage purchase requisitions, GL coding, and vendor relations.
- Track and report expenses vs. budget; support procurement activities.
- Handle complex PR entries, order changes, and ensure compliance.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency in procurement & supply chain.
- Maintain spend analytics and support global procurement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Technical field.
- 7+ years in IT procurement & financial operations (AP, P2P cycle).
- 2+ years in FP&A, budgeting, and costing.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel , Power BI , and ERP tools (Oracle, Coupa, ServiceNow, Jira).
- Knowledge of financial concepts (CapEx, OpEx, depreciation, accruals).
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in large, complex environments and infrastructure technologies.
