Job Description
We are hiring an FP&A Head for one of the leading QSR Chains , based in Gurgaon .
The ideal candidate must come exclusively from a QSR background with strong hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, variance analysis, and business partnering . The role will closely work with leadership to drive profitability, cost optimization, store-level performance, and strategic decision-making.
Eligibility:
- CA mandatory
- Experience: 715 years (QSR industry only)
- Strong understanding of unit economics, margins, and expansion models
CTC: Up to 50 LPA (depending on experience)
