Hiring: FP&A Manager Leading Retail Startup (Delhi)

We are hiring an FP&A Manager for one of the leading and fast-growing retail startups based in Delhi . The ideal candidate should be CA Qualified or CA Semi-Qualified only , with 614 years of relevant experience .

Candidates must come from Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce backgrounds and have strong exposure to financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, variance analysis, and business partnering . Experience working closely with leadership teams and driving data-backed decision-making will be highly preferred.

CTC: 1820 LPA (depending on experience and fit)
