Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager FP&A who will work closely with the Founders Office / Promoters Office to drive financial planning, strategic initiatives, and business performance tracking. The role will involve working cross-functionally with different teams to monitor financial metrics, support business decisions, and ensure smooth execution of key strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Founder / Promoters Office in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Track business performance through MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision making.
• Drive strategic projects and ensure timely execution across departments.
• Prepare monthly / quarterly business reviews and financial performance reports for leadership.
• Monitor key financial metrics such as revenue, costs, profitability, and unit economics.
• Assist leadership in evaluating new business opportunities, investments, and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and business teams to improve financial efficiency.
• Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Experience in MIS reporting, financial modelling, and budgeting
• Ability to work closely with Founders / Leadership teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Background

• Experience working in Founders Office / Promoters Office / Strategy team
• Background in finance, consulting, or business strategy roles
• Experience in startups, high-growth companies, or tech-driven organizations

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• MBA / CA / CFA (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

• 48 years of experience in FP&A, strategy, business finance, or founders office roles.
