Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Location -Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Job Responsibilities

Monthly Analysis alongwith reporting to Regional office

• Assist in publishing of the Monthly Topline with CEO & Regional office at the beginning of every month
• Manintain company level premium register, premium MIS
• Assist in various other month end activities like preparation of monthly P&L, MIS, tracking FGLI Market position
• Deliver monthly business presentations for managemnet
• Generate & circulate various functional Variance analysis Actual vs Budget vs prior
• Assist in Channel varaince analysis

Budget & Forecasting

• Assist in quarterly business forcast analysis to monitor company progress
• Active involvment in preparation of the yearly budgeting activity

Industry Analysis

• Conduct competitive market analysis & comparisons to supoort critical business decisions

Board decks

• Assist in quarterly CFO & CEO decks for Board meetings

Education qualifications

CA with 4+ years of work exp/ MBA finance with 5+ years of exp

Key Skills

• Good understanding of life insurance industry
• Understand concepts EOM, Solvency , IGAAP profits
• SAP knowledge
• Good knowledge of Microsoft excel, Word, PPT
• Good communication & presentation skills
