Job Location -Mumbai (Vikhroli)
Job Responsibilities
Monthly Analysis alongwith reporting to Regional office
- Assist in publishing of the Monthly Topline with CEO & Regional office at the beginning of every month
- Manintain company level premium register, premium MIS
- Assist in various other month end activities like preparation of monthly P&L, MIS, tracking FGLI Market position
- Deliver monthly business presentations for managemnet
- Generate & circulate various functional Variance analysis Actual vs Budget vs prior
- Assist in Channel varaince analysis
Budget & Forecasting
- Assist in quarterly business forcast analysis to monitor company progress
- Active involvment in preparation of the yearly budgeting activity
Industry Analysis
- Conduct competitive market analysis & comparisons to supoort critical business decisions
Board decks
- Assist in quarterly CFO & CEO decks for Board meetings
Education qualifications
CA with 4+ years of work exp/ MBA finance with 5+ years of exp
Key Skills
- Good understanding of life insurance industry
- Understand concepts EOM, Solvency , IGAAP profits
- SAP knowledge
- Good knowledge of Microsoft excel, Word, PPT
- Good communication & presentation skills
