Role-Assistant Manager-FPNA
Location-Electronic City Banagalore
Qualification-Qualified CA (Must)
Experience (PQ)- Min 2-4 Years in FPNA from Manufacturing company (MUST)
Job Profile:
o Responsible for preparation and assisting the Finance and Accounts teams for various management reports, like monthly MRM deck, costing, manufacturing expense analysis.
o Review data on historical and future trends in performance and develop exception reporting for management for business processes. Provide and prepare Ad-hoc request information for the management and PAG team.
o Working with individual departments, to prepare budgets and consolidate them in to overall budget of the Company.
o Generate improvised dashboards to support reporting and analytics such as KPIs, metrics, financial reports for the management.
o Financial Modeling and Perform business case and ROI analysis for all new and existing products and services and monitored their performances accordingly.
o Monthly review of all the reports and working towards Automation of the reports.
o Support Capex evaluations ROI, NPV/IRR, payback, depreciation analysis.
o Assist in validating Capex assumptions and tracking approvals, spends & project progress.
o Help build costing models for products/machines and analyse overheads & material costs.
o Support pricing proposals, margin analysis and competitor benchmarking.
o Work closely with operations, engineering, procurement and finance teams

Competencies Required:
Functional Competencies:
Detailed understanding of the P & L, Balance Sheet and Working Capital.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Data driven, disciplined objective and detailed oriented.
Knowledge of power BI would be of an added advantage.
Behavioral Competencies:
Strong Analytical Skills, business acumen and understanding of business operations, ability to understand business models and linkage to strategy. Effective communication and documentation skills.
Accountabilities:
o Perform analysis of revenue performance and growth, profit and loss reports, revenue reports, working capital movements.
o Compile and analyze financial reports and find discrepancies that requires senior managements attention.
o Liaise and organize financial data from accounting and plant finance department.
o Budgeting
Level of Responsibility: High
Delegation of Responsibility: Currently, Individual Contributor Role but team will be developed over the course of time
Reports to: Manager Risk.
