About the Role

As part of the finance team, you will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while acting as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide entity-wise and consolidated monthly financial reporting with actionable insights for management
• Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle (annual and quarterly)
• Build and maintain SaaS financial models covering ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, gross margin, and unit economics
• Track and analyze key SaaS metrics to identify growth, retention, and profitability drivers
• Develop management dashboards and support board-level and investor reporting
• Support fundraising activities and financial storytelling
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to provide financial insights
• Evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and GTM plans through a financial lens
• Drive ROI analysis on campaigns, product investments, and hiring decisions
• Act as a bridge between finance and business teams to enable data-driven decisions

Operational Excellence & Controls

• Strengthen financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance standards
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability

Qualifications & Skills

• CA Qualified (Mandatory)
• 57 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A / Business Finance
• Prior experience in SaaS or subscription-based companies
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, revenue recognition)
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
• Strong business acumen with a strategic and proactive mindset

Mandatory Criteria (Strict Screening)

• CA qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 5+ years of post-CA experience in FP&A / Business Finance
• Must have experience in SaaS or subscription-based organizations
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue mechanics (ARR/MRR)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Must have experience working in the domestic (India) market only
• Candidate age preference: Up to 35 years
