Job Summary :

The FP&A Senior Associate/Associate will be responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and controllership activities across the organization. The role bridges forward-looking FP&A with strong financial discipline, ensuring consistency between plans, forecasts, and actual results while maintaining robust financial controls and governance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Support end-to-end FP&A and controllership activities, ensuring alignment between budgets, forecasts, and actual financial performance
• Prepare annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and periodic estimates in line with accounting policies and control standards
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis and explain drivers of business performance
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and financial reports for senior finance leadership and business stakeholders
• Support accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting processes
• Assist in maintaining financial controls, governance documentation, and audit readiness
• Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of FP&A and reporting processes
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders while balancing business needs with financial discipline

Skills Required :

• Strong understanding of FP&A concepts including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial governance, and internal controls
• Hands-on experience with ERP and financial planning systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis capabilities
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure

Qualifications & Experience :

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA / ICWA)
• 47 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing organizations
• Exposure to FP&A management reporting, and controllership activities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• High learning agility with a proactive and improvement-oriented mindset.
