Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Leader to drive strategic financial insights and decision support for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the services industry, preferably within technology, supply chain, B2B sectors, with deep expertise in financial planning, reporting, dashboard development, stakeholder engagement, and process re-engineering. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build robust FP&A capabilities and partner with business leaders to deliver value-added analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for multiple business units.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Reporting & Dashboard Development:

  • Design and implement management, business level reporting frameworks and dashboards for reporting and performance management.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of financial reports for leadership reviews.

Business Performance Analysis:

  • Provide actionable insights into revenue, cost, and profitability drivers.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with business leaders to align financial goals with operational strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership with financial insights and recommendations.

Process Re-engineering & Automation:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and implement best practices.
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 7 years in FP&A roles, preferably in the services industry with exposure to technology, supply chain, or B2B businesses.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, reporting tools (Power BI), and ERP systems.
  • Thrives at working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
