Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in alignment with business objectives.
- Perform detailed variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide insights to management.
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making and strategy execution.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Monitor key business metrics, KPIs, and trends to proactively highlight risks and opportunities.
- Support in cost optimization initiatives and efficiency improvement projects.
- Assist in board presentations, investor reports, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 25 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial modeling, and business partnering.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques.
- Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
