Role Overview:
You will be part of our Finance Operations vertical, supporting clients in achieving strong financial performance through accurate planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis. As a Delivery Lead at the Associate Director (CL-5) level, you will oversee strategic FP&A initiatives, ensure financial governance, and drive insights that influence key business decisions.
What You Will Do:
In this role, you will contribute to the full spectrum of FP&A activities, including:
- Financial planning, forecasting, and long-range scenario modelling
- Budget creation and performance tracking
- Management reporting and variance analysis
- Supporting leadership with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- Enhancing financial processes, controls, and reporting mechanisms
You will help clients evaluate financial outcomes by analyzing operational data, reconciling transactions, and developing decision-support frameworks aligned to their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic financial initiatives, proactively identifying, defining, and solving complex issues that influence business direction.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve key business and operational objectives in your area of responsibility.
- Engage with senior leadership, both within Accenture and at client organizations, to influence decisions on critical financial matters.
- Exercise wide decision-making latitude, determining priorities, objectives, and approaches for major assignments.
- Drive high-impact outcomes, where decisions have a significant and lasting impact on functions beyond your immediate scope.
- Manage large, diverse teams and/or significant work efforts, ensuring delivery excellence and strong financial performance.
- Ensure a culture of financial discipline, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Please note that this role may require working in rotational shifts.
What We Are Looking For:
- Deep expertise in FP&A, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and financial performance analysis.
- Strong business acumen with proven experience influencing executive stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently in complex, ambiguous environments with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in financial tools, systems, and reporting platforms.
- Experience managing large teams and driving transformation initiatives.
