Job Summary:

The Controllership Lead FP&A & Financial Governance will be responsible for leading end-to-end financial planning, performance management, and controllership activities across the organization. This role ensures strong financial governance, accurate reporting, robust controls, and insightful analysis to support effective decision-making by senior leadership.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end FP&A and controllership activities, ensuring strong linkage between planning, forecasting, and actual results
• Own annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and periodic estimates in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews, including deep-dive variance analysis and business explanations
• Provide clear, actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior finance leadership and business management
• Act as Controller to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls, governance frameworks, documentation, and audit readiness
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of financial processes and performance management frameworks
• Partner with senior stakeholders across functions, balancing strategic business needs with financial discipline and governance.

Skills Required:

• Advanced expertise in FP&A financial planning, forecasting, and controllership
• Strong accounting knowledge with deep understanding of financial governance and internal controls
• Hands-on experience with ERP and financial planning systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA / ICWA)
• 712 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing organizations
• Proven experience in leading FP&A reporting, governance, and audit processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• High learning agility with a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset
