Summary: As a Financial Planning & Analysis Representative, you will be responsible for driving performance, conducting strategic analysis, and identifying and correcting financial or operational concerns. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Oracle EBS Financials to provide financial analysis and aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, utilizing Oracle EBS Financials to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance. - Conduct detailed financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, to identify areas for improvement and drive decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives. - Provide financial guidance and support to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure financial goals are met and risks are mitigated. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Oracle EBS Financials. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Hyperion or Cognos. - Strong understanding of financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials. - The candidate should possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful financial solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
