Role:   Team Member

Desired Exp: Range: 4 to 8 years

Location – Kolkata

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP (SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion) skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  
  

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Analyze revenue, cost, and profit trends to identify key financial drivers.
• Collaborate with business teams to provide financial projections.
  
  

• Variance Analysis & Reporting:
  
  

• Conduct variance analysis by comparing actuals vs. budget/forecast.
•  Prepare financial dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
•  Provide insights into cost control and profitability improvement.
  
  

• Financial Modelling & Decision Support:
  
  

• Develop financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning.
• Support pricing strategies, cost allocations, and investment decisions.
• Analyze KPIs and financial metrics to drive business efficiency.
