Position: Financial Literacy Teacher

We are looking for a passionate Financial Literacy Teacher to help students develop essential money management and financial decision-making skills. The role includes classroom teaching, student mentoring, and organizing financial education activities to make learning practical and engaging.

Curriculum & Teaching

• Develop and deliver financial literacy lessons for Classes 612 covering budgeting, banking, digital payments, investments, insurance, taxation, financial planning, and cybersecurity.
• Use interactive methods such as case studies, simulations, projects, and activity-based learning.
• Update content based on current financial trends and NEP 2020 skill development guidelines.

Student Mentoring

• Guide students in developing responsible financial habits and decision-making skills.
• Track student progress and provide feedback.

Program Development

• Organize workshops, competitions, and activities such as budgeting challenges and mock stock market games.
• Collaborate with teachers and participate in school enrichment programs.

Education

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Management, or related field.
• B.Ed. preferred as per CBSE norms.
• Certifications in Financial Planning, Personal Finance, Investment Advisory, or related fields are an advantage.

Experience

• 25 years of teaching or training experience.
• Experience in mentoring students or activity-based learning preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to simplify financial concepts for students aged 1118.
• Creative teaching approach and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning tools.
