Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Due Diligence Analyst, based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include performing detailed financial analysis, assisting in deal structuring, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial guidelines. The role also involves preparing financial reports, conducting risk assessments, analyzing data for investments, and collaborating with team members to support key decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial Reporting
• Effective Communication skills to support collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with M&A processes and due diligence practices is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• CA with CFA - (at least 2nd level cleared) is mandatory
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Having worked with BIG Four/ Project Finance / Structured Finance is an advantage.
