To driving profitability, strengthening governance, optimizing capital allocation, and building investor confidence while ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic financial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Profitability & Revenue Growth Drive financial strategies to enhance margins and deliver sustainable growth.
• Capital Allocation & Investment Management Optimize capital structure, evaluate investments, and ensure healthy ROI.
• Financial Reporting & Governance Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting as per statutory and board requirements.
• Risk Management & Compliance Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management Build strong relationships with promoters, investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

Education details: CA / CPA / MBA

Pay range and compensation package

CTC Bracket: Reasonably Attractive and Open to Negotiate as per industry standards.
