Job Title: Financial Crime Operations - Manager

Location: Bangalore

Business & Team: RACO Team

Impact & contribution:

Ensure that all AML/Sanctions/KYC/TM  processes continue to provide an effective control environment that is consistent with regulatory requirements and banks expectations.

Reporting lines: Reporting to Operations Senior Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive KYC training programs for employees at various levels.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to incorporate into training modules.

Experienced KYC Training:

  • Conduct specialized training sessions for experienced professionals in the KYC domain, focusing on advanced concepts and practical applications.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior trainers within the team.

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and assessments, tailored to the needs of experienced KYC professionals.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.

KYC Process Improvement:

  • Work closely with KYC operations teams to identify areas for process improvement and incorporate relevant insights into training programs.

  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest adjustments as needed.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Create assessments and evaluation metrics to measure the success and impact of training programs.

  • Analyze training outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Essential Skills:

    • At least 10 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, or a similar field.

    • You have creative skills to articulate the processes through different tools (visual e. g. Power point presentation as well as written e. g., Confluence, Microsoft word etc.)

    • Focus on quality and customer service.

    • Decent product understanding and experience of digital KYC trends, processes, and regulations.

    • Should be a good team member who is decisive, goal-oriented and proactive!

    • Highly data driven and good capabilities in Excel.

    • Implemented operational efficiencies in your profile and have worked towards automation of processes (e. g., documentation review).

    • You have Tech mindset and comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict.

    • Multi-tasker who can manage multiple streams of work concurrently.

    • Proven record of managing various stakeholders (Internal as well as external) to get things done

    • Willing to work in a shared shift pattern.

    • Leadership Roles Proven experience in leadership roles, managing teams and projects

    Education Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

    • A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or other advanced degrees can be advantageous.
